Happy Friday, my friends.
Sorry that I missed an email last week. I am sure that you are all so disappointed. I am back and traveling, again.
Last week, Ali, Marissa and I were in Los Angeles for meetings of our practice management mastermind group. We all learned how to be more efficient.
Ali and I are heading back to LA, but this time to catch the Carnival Splendor for 7 days of “fun and sun and plenty of adult beverages. Our cruise will take us to the “Mexican Rivera” with stops in Cabo San Lucas, Mazaitlan and Puerto Vallarta.
We leave on Saturday, get back the following Saturday, but it does not stop there, my friends. Ali and I will then drive to San Fransisco. Ali has been there in her pre-Jeff life, but yours truly is a San Francisco virgin. Looking forward to seeing Fisherman’s Wharf, China Town, Sausalito and other local stops. I will report on this trip next week, at least the cruise part.
But back to the adult libations. Many years ago, on another trip to Mexico, Ali and I were beckoned to a local watering hole (I think it was in Cozumel). The vendor was hawking something we never heard of, Pomegranate Tequila.
Before you scoff, it is amazing However, you cannot get it in Florida. So on many occasions, we had it shipped to us. We recommend, La Pinta. It is not to be confused with the liquor. Before you know it, the bottle is gone and you are feeling no pain! Though, Ali and I have been to these stops before, and most other Mexican ports, we picked Mexico just to buy our favorite libation to bring home. BUT, we found that some places in California have it. So we will see if its cheaper in California to ship versus directly in Mexico. Either way, we WILL have our tequila.
