I recently had the distinct honor of being selected to serve on the Internal Revenue Service Advisory Council. The committee provides an organized public forum for IRS officials and representatives of the public to discuss relevant tax administration issues. IRSAC is a group of like-minded individuals, Enrolled Agents, CPAs, attorneys and folks from tax departments in other industries. I was appointed to serve on the Office of Professional Responsibility subgroup. This group handles all areas of practice, including professional conduct and ethics.

It’s way cold here in DC for this Florida boy. It’s not so much the temperature, but with the wind chill, it feels like it’s in the 20s.  Next time I need to watch the weather channel to be better prepared when I travel. I only brought a few suits with me, and I freeze every time we go outside. Thankfully, “Have UBER will travel!”
